This page is intended to support Android listing transparency by summarizing the data categories handled by GreenSnap and the reasons they are used.

Data categories used by the app

Personal info Email address, display name Account sign-in, saved progress, support
Photos Plant identification and scan images Plant recognition, health analysis, care recommendations
App activity Tracked plants, completed tasks, scan history Core app features and progress tracking

Does GreenSnap sell data?

No. GreenSnap does not sell personal information.

Is data encrypted in transit?

Data handled by Firebase services is transmitted over encrypted connections as part of standard Firebase service delivery.

Can users request deletion?

Yes. Users can request account and stored data deletion by emailing hello@familee.au.
